Client Info
and
Update Info are electronic-online forms available to you after
logging in to myADC.org. After you are enrolled in the program you may add
and delete creditors to your program with our electronic-online form
Add Creditor
(you will need your client ID).
Automated Clearing House (ACH) Form #ES4476 authorizes American Debt Counseling
(ADC) to make electronic bank transfers. The Creditor Listing Form needs to be mailed
to ADC for the processing of your creditor information. Our Monthly Budget Worksheet
maps your income to your expenses.
